MTB level 1 - BASIC technique TRAINING  

For beginners in the following areas of content:

 

  • My equipment

  • Is my bike properly adjusted and adapted for me?

  • Which pedals suit me? (Click or flat pedals)

  • The perfect basic position on the bike - the key to more fun and safety.

  • My body's center of gravity and its use.

  • Correct stearing control in every situation.

  • The correct use of my brakes - made easy.

  • Riding on different terrain.

  • How to ride in optimal harmony with my bike?

 

MTB level 2 - intermediate technique TRAINING  

For intermediate bikers in the following areas :

 

We are looking for suitable terrain with more slopes and inclines.

The training is tailored to your individual needs.

 

  • Deepening the basic position and its use on slopes.

  • Cornering with more speed and safer choice of line.

  • Single trail up and down.

  • Riding on tighter curves.

  • Use of breaks on steep terrain.

  • Cross small obstacles safely.

  • Use of click pedals in every situation.

  • Balance exercises.

  • Riding off on steep terrain.

 

MTB level 3 advanced techni TRAINING  

For advanced and experienced bikers with the following areas:

 

We go into terrain with more slopes and inclines in alpine and pre-alpine areas.

 

  • We ride on steps and loose ground on the trails.

  • Gravel, wet stones and roots - no stress!

  • The curves get tighter up to switchbacks.

  • Move the rear wheel from flat to steep terrain.

  • Small and medium jumps.

 

 

E-MTB LEVEL 1 BASIC technique TRAINING  

For beginners in the following areas of content:

 

  • My equipment

  • Is my E-bike properly adjusted and adapted for me?

  • Which pedals suit me. (Click or flat pedals)

  • The perfect basic position on the e-bike - the key to more fun and safety.

  • My body's center of gravity and its use.

  • How do I use the motor support to save energy?

  • Use the advantages and disadvantages of the extra weight of the E-MTB.

  • Faster uphill with E-Power - it's fun and needs to be practiced.

 

 

E-MTB LEVEL 2 intermediate technique TRAINING

For intermediate bikers in the following areas :

 

We are looking for suitable terrain with more slopes and inclines.

The training is tailored to your individual needs.

 

  • Deepening the basic position and its use on slopes.

  • Due to the higher basic speed, more foresight & early recognition of your line.

  • Cornering with more speed and safer choice of line.

  • Trails up and down with E-Power and full throttle.

  • Riding on tighter curves.

  • Using brakes on steep terrain.

  • Cross small obstacles safely.

  • Use of click pedals in every situation.

  • Balance exercises.

  • Riding off on steep terrain with E-Power.

 

 

E-MTB LEVEL 3 Advanced technique TRAINING
